first the wheels get F'd on a tire swap
now the truck is messed up by a window guy

Gahhh, this is why my industry has such a bad rep, too many people don't care about their work, they are just there to collect a paycheck

They left glass in my truck , broke the wiper arm and messed the headliner up. I called my ins agent and they got on there *** they fixed it all and sent me 2 / 50 dollar visa cards for the trouble.

Just got off the horn with DFW Camper. Snugtop is going to pay the $200 insurance glass deductible and they told me to bring the truck in so they can double check the installation and possibly alter the ring retainers. I already put some small screws in there to replace the rings. Above and beyond sure is nice. I'll be a snugtop customer from here on out!

Replaced while I was at work and truck was home. Left a mess and scratched up and through the paint on the tonneau. Called them and gave then the lowdown and a rep is coming out Saturday. Made sure to use the term **** poor workmanship numerous times. Only good thing... May get new paint on the tonneau out of it.

Needless to say I'm a bit peeved... I'd get fired if I did an F35 like that...
That sucks!!!!
I know it's too late now, but...

DO NOT let Safelite touch your vehicle!!!!!! They are the worst!!

I suggest trying Binswanger next time!

Update! Safelite is going to have my lid repaired and painted. Original window guy admitted he may have damaged it and the admission was on file.

Went to DFW Camper today. $200 check from Snugtop will be mailed next week. Tony from DFW Campers informed me that Snugtop knows there is an issue with the F150's and the snuglids. After that I dropped the snuglid off at Hollywood Finishes to be repainted. Safelite footing the bill on that one. I should charge Safelite mileage at the end of this. lol

Man that's odd for a safelite to do that. The time they came to do my windshield they cleaned all glass and vacuumed the inside of the truck and there was no broken glass. Last time he was out to fix a chip again he cleaned all windows he had the vacuum out and told him there was no need to do that.
