2/5 or 3/5 bell tech or djm?

Okay my front tires stick out a bit cause of the offset of my wheels. But my question is which would fit and look level? I have about 4" 1/3 in the front and almost 6 inches in the rear even with a 2" shackle. So to the lowered guys. How low can I go to be safe on the 1/4 panels? Thanks!

this is a 3.5" drop on my 04. my wheels were a 20x8.5 with a 35mm offset, i had to run a 256 50 20 up front to get them to work. it still rubbed if it went straight up on a large bump, but never hit the fender.
