It looks like it will be ready within the next three weeks! I won't be mixing and matching parts from other trim levels and if I paint the running boards they will eventually get chipped and they won't match the bed rails. CU if you look down at the two tone in that pic you'll notice that the frame covers where the running boards are. He has not taken them off.

I was told that the front will be an inch higher than the back due to the fact that the front clip where the lower control arms bolt up hangs down lower than the main part of the frame. I could step the front frame clip but it will be a considerable amount of work that I don't want to do now and it will only give me .75". If it bothers me I can have it done later.

I got a picture of the new transmission cross brace. The collector pipe from the driver side header has to be rebuilt because it hangs down even with the factory cross brace.

Been watching this thread for some time and WOW, the KRanch is coming along very nicely. I just moved to Austin, about an hour or so outside Dallas. Been wanting to bag my 07 FX2 for years and just about ready to pull the trigger. Can't wait to see how the finished product looks bc Ill save them some time and just say "make it look like Neils"

The way it looks the steps will hit the ground before the truck is ever laid out.

I'm not big on lowered trucks but this thing is really a beauty I'd drive it in a heartbeat, if you dont mind me asking what's a ballpark figure for doing a custom suspension like this?
