Did a ton of work on the truck today. Took off all three of the badges. Underneath was entirely too much two sided tape. Removed the tape and the edges had a hard grime adhered to the paint surface. I soaked it with cleaner and used my fingernail to scrape off the majority of the edge grime. Then I broke out the P/C 7424xp, pads, and my megs gear and went to town on the areas. Cleaned up nicely. Also had to re-do a corner of the rear skirt that I wasn't happy with. Gave it some love and now she's all good.

Anyway, some pics after a quick wash in the hot as HELL Texas summer heat. Almost gave myself a heatstroke today. :o

Rear 09+ F150 flareside tailgate badge.

Couple of pics of the Saleen vents.

My lights, just thought I'd share. Parking w/halo.

Projectors on.

Nice, but the vents will have to grow on me. Would be better if they were inset.

They're just stick on (I had to put on some 3M tape left over from my 3dCarbon kit), but the way they're textured like the handles and how they protrude out as far as the handles they look like they belong.

I'm thinking all in all I have a good mix of flat black, painted, polished aluminum, and chrome. I think I've done well.

John... Those are straight up hideous.

There are reasons behind why I got the Saleen vents. First they were cheap as hell. Second they work with my current handles. Third they are easy to remove if I want a change.

I guess some of you guys aren't as creative as I am with my ideas. My truck is my masterpiece.
