Anyone use DJM's Control Arms to lower 3.5".. I have a quick question...
I just really want to know if you used it, and how its working out for you. I put mine on over a month ago and it squeeks and creeks like crazy when pulling into my drive way at any angle. I've tried "Deep Creep" w/ no change at all. Should these be tourqed to a certain level to not crush the bushings etc.? Its so annoying, and I dont know if its affecting anything else negativley either. I called DJM and all they tell me is not to over tighten but they cant give me a solid solution. should I be lubing something else up there besides the control arm? Any help please.

Does it make it every single time? Its like a creaking sound right?
well i us eto have a ranger with bags and it did it untill i replaced them and before i tightened them i splooged grease everywhere and tightened them but not super super tight and it worked so idk its those poly bushings they put in there if there not lubed they we squeek all the time
Mine been on my truck for going on 5 years without a single noise. They need to be torqued to I think 225 ft lbs. Did you install them like djm says to by drilling a hole in the steel sleeve?

It came with a hole drilled already and grease fitting. I know it was filled with grease cause i saw them do that part.
x2... I pulled mine yesterday and they were not drilled. Drilled as the instructions said and now there are no noises.
mine dont make any noises, but im not on DJM either, remember any arm with a bushing like that needs to be torqued down with the weight of the truck on it, so the bushing is at the correct angle when it gets tightened down
I just downloaded the instructions from their sit and it doesnt say anything about drilling. Where exactly did you drill? what was it just a simple hole , I dont get it?
