how much should i lower my truck?

I am purchasing a 2004 Ford F150 XLT 4.6L Reg Cab 2wd. I am not new to owning a Ford because i previously owned a 2000 Ford Ranger xlt x-cab lowered 5" in the front and 5" in the back. I am looking for opinions on how much should i drop this truck on some 22" rims with around a 275/45/22 tire. I would like my truck to have as little gap as possible between the fender and the tire, but not so much that it rubs without even hiting a pot-hole. I want it to sit similar to how my ranger was in the picture posted. I have noticed there is a 4"/5" drop by Belltech and a 3.5"/5" drop by DJM and im wondering which one of those or any other suggestions would be better for my preferences. Also, for the people who have lowered F150's could you post you pictures along with the drop amount, brand, and tire/rim size. Thanks in advance to all for your help!

Here's mine. Running Ground Force 2/4 springs/leafs and also Ground Force shackles on the 1 1/2 setting. It's sitting at about 2/5 right now. Running 22's with 305/40/22's.

I don't have pro either, but I can see them. Check out my album in my profile and you should be able to see them.
