Thats why I shared this info with everbody., because when I first came on this site no one new anything or chose not to share ther information. The guys at Inland wheel specialize in this type of work so that you don't ruin your rims. Just people helping people with the same common goal customizing our trucks.

update

Man Can't begin to tell you how frustrating this whole mess with 22" rims has been. Ok AKA nice people but not to smart upstairs, my previous post said that I had 22x9.5 +30 offset wrong. I did not realize you had to be a wheel expert to get the right set of rims for you vehicle. Anyway they where all +34 offset only one of the first four was ledgable, I went to buy a spare for the set and this wheel was suppose to be a+34 so with the other post in mind. We would shave only 4mm to get our 38 right? Wrong!!!!!!!!!!!idiots I brought the truck home and saw the 34 stamed on the back of the other wheel when I rotated it up front because the new spare did not fit up against the calaper the way the others did. So I bought +34 was told they were +30 shaved the +30 which were +34 and shaved 8mm now the spare comes +34 we shave 4mm fits like *****. Call the mfg he tells me that there boxes sometimes say +30 or a +34 in in the box huh! Stupid people,so I had to take the spare back down there again to have the additional 4mm shaved with that labor for the shave charged to me. I think the MFG should foot the bill. They made the mistake by telling me the wrong offset. For now all is good, I now have a set of wheels with a +42 offset. Not sure may bag it or static drop either way I think it will have no issues with the Tires now they almost tuck in the front.

I know that the Girl friends truck she is running a set of 24x10 Giovanna wheels with a +30 offset and if its lowered 4/5 right now about to go to about 4/7 and if we go any lower then my buddy is going to have to machine the mounting surface on the wheel to truck them into the fenders better. Should be able to get a couple 4 or 5mm out of them.

wheels

well it is all over for the shaving of the wheels. They where +34 offset afterall not +30 offset so with the modification shaving 8mm. Makes these wheels have a +42 offset and they had to bee studded for strenth but now just the buble part of the tire is past the fender. which is totally liveable with

From June until now to get it right and that is just for the wheels suks but they are now a +42 they are a custom machined wheel now. Most fords only offer 35 and very few in the 38 offsets at least when I looked and that is for a cast wheel.

Spent on this now, on to the next project
