Need help lowering a 99 4x4
well i dont want to do anything more to the front, it sits right where i want it, so now i want the rear to match it. So i will just remove the blocks and get the U bolts and see where that sit me. I wasnt plan on getting 20s till after winter so thats when ill decide if it really needs to go lower.
yeah 2wd f 150s just look like they NEEED 20s,22s. Im not going with 22s because its just extra weight, that i would rather put into the size of the tire. Otherwise i would of probably done that if it were for looks. I need traction tho!
Yeah, and for the women that are always trying to sell your sh it have to understand, your gonna have sooo much more money into your truck, you will never see it come back out so its not for sale! Thats what i say! hahah. How many miles does your truck have on it? Is there something wrong with it? It looks really really really clean to have any problems, so i would hope it does not.

hahah nicely put!
truck has 162k on it, engine, tranny, frame
i was in a wreck the other month , i was side swiped and my whole passenger side has been replaced and repainted, since i got that whole side done, and the driver side which was untouched, it had some small chips here and there so for $1200 we could get that whole side painted as well, so we went ahead and did that. when i pick it up next week sometime, i'll probably be replacing all 4 ball joints as the body shop said they are wore down. other then that its been great, 4wd works, no squeaks or anything really.
