I love the sound. It's just the right amount. Went on a vacation trip to the coast recently, 6 hour drive, bedful of stuff, 4 people in the truck. No drone at all.

Yeah, I'd rather buy a kit that won't get me divorced. So if I don't go more than 2" in the front the alignment shouldn't be a problem? Enough adjustment to get in spec?

I'm thinking about removing the after the axle part of the kit so it'll be dumped to see how it sounds. It'll look cleaner too. That's the good thing about it being a clamp on kit.

I've read alot about people doing that, but I would think it cause a decrease in backpressure causing a decrease in bottom end torque would'nt it? The flowmaster I had on my truck was a custom deal with 2.5" pipe and the roush is 21/4". I feel a difference with the smaller pipe being torquer. But I would have to say the roush would be killer that way though. I'm all about power lol need more!!! Like you said it's nice having clamps, try it if you don't like it put it back call it good.

I'll still have the muffler and the over the axle portion, so I'll be fine.

Stealth, your roush offroad exhaust when you installed it does your passenger side tailpipe point to the right alittle?

I don't think so, it did take me quite a while to get things aligned like I like it though.

Yeah, took a little time to get it put on. Me and my dad started early one morning didn't beat the heat though. Got up to about 95degrees. Would of been nice for the instructions to tell you that you have to cut a peice of factory pipe. Once we figured that out, we bolted everything up got it really close then it got to hot. Looks great but if you sit there and study it you can see that passenger side is a little crooked. Not bad though. Going to tweak on it later.

I put mine on my 05 crew in the driveway. Was pretty easy. Hardest part was taking off the stock exhaust in one piece.

Yeah the kit didn't take all that long to put on just trying to align everything. Got it close and got to hot called it good for now. What really took some time was getting the custom bent exhuast off without gutting it to much because I sold it to one of my buddys.

My F150 is completly bagged and 3-linked. My front wheel has been wobbling a little bit and my steering wheel is sitting a tiny bit off. I heard somewhere that it isn't possible to align an air-bagged vehicle, is that true? Is there anything special needed to align a bagged truck?

Don't see why you couldn't align a bagged truck the only thing I know is that you would have to run the same ride heigth so it would so the angles would stay the same.
