In addition to the drop, I'm considering HD emblem and stripe removal. But then I think why. I bought the HD because it's a HD. But then I love the all black myself. Confused. - Og

I'd leave it as is and just drop it. Everything can be put back the way it was if you don't like it.

With 2" drop coils are any other parts needed for a proper alignment? Around here the only thing stopping me from lowering my truck is there are no reputable alignment shops here!

My truck aligned fine after adding 2" drop coils. I had it done at NTB.

No, I didnt get new shocks. Im a little curious to see how the ride is with some quality drop shocks? I havent taken the truck to get aligned yet, but it drives straight.

Next up is painting the taillights and all of the emblems with the nightshades smoke clear paint. The truck will be completely blacked out except for the chrome lip on the wheels.

Stealth, do you still have the stock shocks installed on the front? Right now I have the back lowered with 2" shackles/shims and Belltech 0-3" lowering shocks. I still would like to go lower all around though. I was just debating coils or spindles for the front. Does your truck seem to corner better with those springs?

Yes, I'm still stock shockwise up front, but with a 2" GF drop coil in each. It seems to work fine, it's a little softer than the rear with the Eibach leafs and GF shock combo, but it's OK. I'd like to go with Eibach shocks all the way around soon.

It corners great. Of course the 22's with 40's helps too.
