i am pretty set on the fact that i want to lower my truck and I'm pretty sure that i want to go with a 2/4 drop. i have good thing and bad things about the heights and what not. i have been looking at DJM's drop kit and it looks to be a pretty solid kit. I'm just wondering what everyone else's opinion was on the kit. especially those that have the kit or previously had the kit. I'm mainly interested in it due to the fact that you can retain factory ride quality and still get the drop that you want. so tell me, anything bad about the kit? how was install? and how was the driveability of the kit. any issues with it? what did you like about it?
i ran the DJM LCA's, only mine were 3.5" drop. overall, nice to install, pretty easy to align, and the ride was the same as stock, only lower. I think Cole (AZmidget) is running the 2" drop arms.
i installed a set on a HD all wheel drive and there was about a 2 hour difference in the install, just in having to get around the front driveshafts with everything.

yeah i have the 2.5" arms
install was easy if youve never done a drop before give yourself a day to do it, the ride is great, just be sure to give the bolts and nuts on the arms a good tac weld, i didnt and lost a nut, o and if your an agressive driver i would put a gusset in the lifting hanger i broke both of mine, but for an average driver it is strong enough

Since i'll be installing myself...did you take your tank out or just cut that bolt for the leaf spring, and does the kit come withj a replacement?

Definately get a helper for the rear, as it will save time. Good luck!
