Definately get a helper for the rear, as it will save time. Good luck!
similar idea, but fill up the tank (vapors from an empty tank are more flammable, and more explosive), and use a 7" cut-off blade on a grinder to cut the head off.

Took these pics a day after the drop. Since then, I think it's settled a bit.

I need to work on updating my gallery!

Your truck looks real nice! Is it 4x2 or 4x4?

DJM's drop is listed as 2.5/4. My final was 2.25/4" Difference between front and rear is .5"

if they gave you the shock mount extensions (can't remember if they were in the DJM or McGaughy's kit) the stocks will fit. if not you can run them temporarily until you get a good drop shock.

McGaughy's uses the shock extension tabs, I hated them. Before I had my air assist in the back, I would bottom out going over even the smallest of bumps in the road. I have to have my air bags at about 25PSI in order for it to not bottom out going over speed bumps etc. even at very slow speeds.

so UPS messed up and left my arms on the truck...they came in this mornin, i talked to Godfather and asked them why they sent me 2.5's when i wanted the 3.5's and they said they will no sell they 3.5's anymore cause of camber, i was like dude bullsh** man, send me the arms and i'll get the camber bolts to work, he said he's seen hundreds of em and noone ever gets the camber right and my 2.5"s will sink down to 3" after 6 months. I called BS on this one to cause it uses the stock coil and shock so it would seemingly make no difference,i think this guys *** is on backwards, so i told him that if i don't get atleast a 3" drop then i would be sendin them back and they were gunna cover everything cause they advertise 3", and everything i've read on the kit says people were only gettin 2.25" drop outa the 2.5"s so we'll see what happens. I'm a little frustrated

he said because of camber? if you use the alignment bolts, you can take it to a shop and have it professionally aligned, without a problem. as far as camber, you have to elongate the holes (inboard) the alignment bolts go in so the camber can be adjusted at the same time. The DJM instructions say that on the 3.5" arms.
