Yeah, I know it sounds weird to drop a 4X4. I wanted a cool looking truck that I'm able to drive in the winter. The roads up here in the great white north are covered in snow and ice 5 months of the year. I'm definetly in the minority in the land of lifted diesel powered monster trucks. Although my truck is a 4X4 for all intensive purposes it is a street truck and will not be seeing mud, dirt or rock. Besides I dont think they sell 2X4's up here! Ha,Ha, just kidding!

I thought you were giving me a shot about my dropped 4x4. I just realized you were asking a legit question and you have a 4X4 as well. I recommend GF 9966.

I just went to my local truck parts store and had them import the kit for me. It cost approx. $900 Can. I can't say for sure it is "the best" because I have nothing to compare it to, but having said that I am very happy with the ride, looks and install. I will post pic as soon as I figure out how to use this internet machine!

Yeah from what it sounds like, go for the Ground Force kit. I have a McGaughy's kit and boy, what a pain in the ***. I had to buy another kit (airbag helper) just to keep it from bottoming out constantly, and I had to buy a new driveshaft hangar since I have a two piece driveshaft that needed to be re-aligned. In the end though I like it, I bought an air tank and made a custom pressure read out and air bag pressure switch unit that I replaced the cigarette lighter with.

I like the adjustability but the directions suck for all of their parts.

Any pictures? I'm interested in this kit as well. Thanks!

Although I haven't done it yet, my '08 Harley Screw will be lowered this Spring, I'm thinking of the DJM 3.5/5 kit.

Be careful cause our front ends dont like anything over 2 inches or its alignment time every other weekend?

Got a 2/3 Eibach Pro Truck kit for my '07 Harley. Hadn't installed it yet - waiting to purchase the Pro Damper kit. Might as well wait on the shocks and knock it out all at once. - Og
