I think it's just the way they are made.
Mine seem to fit pretty good.
Haven't driven it at night yet. How do they do for you?
Do they look blue/purple to oncoming traffic?

I responded to your PM.
I drove mine last night and these are pretty bright.
Not as much light on the sides when turning (I agree) and it is a little weird how the tops of the beams seems to be flat, but I am sure I'll get used to it!

i see that you have the 97-98 front end.did you get the specific dual halo for the 97-98 model?
the 99 and up dual halo model will not fit in the 97-98 model F150 unless you changed the back housing or change the front end of your truck to a 99 and up front end.
as far as beams...yeah.they suck real bad but if you put some HID's in there,it makes a world of a difference.
i have the same setup too.(dual halos with HID) and they lit up even the side so turning isnt even a problem.
(course...i also have my foglights running HID's )

Where did you buy your projectors? I was planning on getting the HIDs but was told that if you get the HIDs that it doesnt fit with the projector,

That is a really sweet truck James. What rims are those and do they have a 5 spoke version?

Thanks for the compliments on my truck. Im attempting to save for rims at the moment.

I third the motion,

I really like your rim/ride height combo. Perfect stance.

I can't wait to finish mine and get pics up, screw Belltech. My truck's been out of commision for a week and 1/2 and my patience is wearing thin. It looks good, I can't wait to post up some finished clean pictures.
