if you notice in the second picture, the bed of the F150 is below the grade of the road as compared to the Ranger's front.
You can also tell the shadowing underneath the rocker panels is almost nonexistent, which wouldn't be true even if it was that low. The line between the pavement and body is way to ragged.
And one more giveaway, if you look in the first picture, you can see the bottom of the fuel door is "sprayed" over with the brush tool, probably to help blend the look of tucking better.

Yea and if you look through the rear wheel wells you can see the curb on the other side. If it was that low you wouldn't be able to cause of the other side of the truck sitting all the way down

i see the fuel door, but idk if that's the spray tool.....
and to not being able to see thru the rear fender cuz it's too low, there's no bumper that's y u can
