I purchased a box for my Supercrew. I put in one 10JLW6 and it was hard as hell to get a nice seal. The magnet was up against the back of the box.
It did take a little longer than expected to ship but it arrived shortly after I called and spoke to Andy.
Mine also came without the grey carpet even though that was the standard option. It must have had carpet at one time since I could see the staple holes going around the box
btw there was a sticker on the inside that said made in mexico or was it assembled?

Finally got a response from him on my box (only email I've ever gotten from him was from the automated confrimation of my payment)... orderd it nearly a month and a half ago and sent an email a day for two weeks or so. Sent one yesterday (Saturday) saying I was growing tired of this and I will "take the appropriate next step for a fraudulent business."
Suddenly I'm getting a tracking number on Monday.
