I got it mounted, but I could not use any of the mounting brackets from the sub. I put two metal straps around the sub & used the jack mount holes, as I was not goung to drill holes in the floor of the truck. The sub sticks out from under the seat more than I would like, but it works fine. Now I just need to install the speakers & see if it sounds better than stock. I don`t listen to my music loud, & at low/med volume, so far I don`t see a $500 difference over stock IMHO. If you really crank it up, the sub hits pretty hard. As I said, hopefully the speakers will do the trick.

Sick truck. I don't usually go for white, but I like it.
