Sub airspace help?
Sub airspace help?
Hey guys, I'm about to order a new 12in shallow mount and am having a hard time finding specifications for air space. If anyone can help me out by giving me an estimate of what it would need or something close would be greatly appreciated!

By the way, I know everyone will say "you get what you pay for" but these boss subs are incredible for the prices and really do preform at the wattage advertised. I had a single 10in, 400rms 800max shallow mount boss before and it shook my side mirrors and had great sound quality. More people should give these subs a shot. Anyway thanks in advance to anyone who tries to help!!

Super high qts typically means large box.
Boss recommends a .63 ft^3 box.

I think the Polk MM shallow sub would be better than the Boss. I installed a pair of 10s in an '06 F150 and they perform very nicely in a small sealed box.
