New To SOund Systems

Hey guys, I am new to sound systems and picked up two 10in kicker Comps today. I need a box before I can take up to my local audio installer and I want to be sure that this box will fit. It says it will fit but I just want to be sure before I waste my money. I have a 2000 XLT Ext Cab and want to know if anyone with year or body style has used this box. Also will this amp work for 2 kicker comp 10's running 150RMS each? I know someone who is selling this amp.

come on guys. 90 views and not one response. Im a 16 year old boy with no job that makes his money by washing cars and mowing lawns. I am taking semi challenging courses in school and playing sports to help me get into a good college so getting a job and paying for expensive stuff is out of the question. The guy who wants to give me the amp is offering $100 and I dont want this opportunity to go away. I really want to know if this amp will be sufficient to power 2 subs running at 150 RMS.

that box should fit and that amp would be good too. but why you taking it in to a shop? cant you wire it your self or do you have a stock deck? if you have a stock deck then yeah take it in. if you have an aftermarket then just do it your self.

Thanks for the feedback. The reason I am taking it to the shop is because I have absolutely zero experience with wiring subs or wiring anything for that matter.
