what yall think about this setup?

Well I blew my L7 12" somehow and am looking for a new setup. I'm thinking two Pioneer 12" shallow mounts under the back seat in a custom box. Now I'm not so sure about all the ohm stuff. They are offered in a 2 or 4 ohm. My amp is a kicker zx750.1 making 750w rms at 2 ohm. The subs are rated for 1500 watts max and 400 nominal (i guess nominal is the same as rms?). What do yall think of this setup (amp and subs), and how should I wire them to my amp if I get em? Im also thinking about memphis s-class subs but they are 200 bucks more. I dont need anything amazing in quality just something to get some bass back in my truck as it has SUCKED not having any boom the past few weeks and Ive heard pioneers are much better than l7's as far as actual sound quality goes.

Im also very interested in the SI BM mkiii's but Nick Lemons over at SI has stopped production and will be coming out with the new mkiv this spring. I might just wait for those. Hopefully they arent outrageously expensive.

I want something just as loud or louder than my l7. From what ive heard the l7 sounds terrible in comparison to the higher end full spectrum subs, so im sure the BM would sound great in comparison and at .5 cu ft per sub I could definitely get a box for the 2 subs built for under my rear seat.
