i would put like two dowels or a 2x4 just to be safe from baffle flex the wood may be heavy yea .75 is big but but from my box building experiences, from 8-21" woofers i have had flex with most ,(depending on how big the baffle is) i would do something like this
also it looks good i read few of the comments only, but didnt see if it was going to be sealed or ported?

Not sure. I have never covered a box before. I initially wanted to get material to match the seats. But for it to really look good I would have to stitch up a cover. Thats a little beyond my capability.

I think I may just go with a carpet material so that I can hide the seams.

Any suggestions.

Updated first post again. Amp is mounted and the wires ran. This project is going slow because I don't get long to work on with my schedule recently.

I did fill the Box with poly fill and sanded down the corners. Next step is get it covered.

Its pretty much all done. Got it wraped, and the center cosole mounted. Sounds pretty good too.

sorry in a weird mode tonight.

It's all in the enclosure. The woofer is only a small part of the enclosure.
