Bass get's lower when raised volume on stereo?

Hey, I have a question why is it when my stereo turned up to 15 valume control my bass hit's hard but when I raise my stereo valume up to 25 or higher my bass gets real low no way near when it's tune down the stereo valume.

My set up two 10" cvx subs foxbox with a jbl 14001 amp total rms 1500 watts.

4AWG amp kit fuse 100.

No the amp is not going in protection mode. Maybe the battery can't handle the power?
