Here's what I am thinking:
Custom center console box designed by me to fit 2 12" SI BM mkIII's, sound deadened doors and floors and such, new amp, and new wiring, prob 2 awg or 0 awg
This a quick design for 2 subs I did in Google SketchUp, nothing like Solidworks but all I had access to right now.

Proposed dimensions of the rectangular part are roughly 22" long x 13.5" wide x 18" high. Dimensions of the Angled part would be 11.5" long x 13.5" wide x 18" high. I would used 3/4 MDF. The top part is a custom storage space roughly 4" deep with a lock on it. 5 cup holders on top. Rectangular part would be sectioned off to make .5 ft^3 for the rear facing sub. I believe the triangular part would be close to .5 ft^3 but not positive on exact measurements

- Amp is still up in the air. Read some good things about the Soundstream STL1.1200D. 1200 watts @ 1 ohm so I would set the gain down. At $150 on Sonix, it seems like a great deal. JL J2-1000.1 is like $290 on Amazon so who knows which way I will go. Also the ED NINe.1 is on sale for $250 also pushing 1200 watts @ 1 ohm. Suggestions?
- Vinyl for covering the box - $6-9 per yard, going with a 2 tone black and tan look
- Bondo - $8
- Reupholstered Pass seat or Wet Okole seat covers - Free for reupholstered thanks to woopigsooie's write up or $500 for seat covers (front and rear)
- Lots of time haha. First time building a box and I don't think this is the simplest one to start on but I am willing to put in the time.
