Under seat subs
i have 2 si bm's in boxes under my back seat and they put out plenty of bass. they can handle any thing i throw at them. now i have to finish my install so i can really push them to their full potential.
I was thinking of trying 1 of these. Anybody have any experience with them? I like the fact that the box is carpeted whatever color you need and has a spot cut out for the amp to fit into. They have other brands to choose from too. Looks like a pretty seamless install. They have dual 10" and 12" boxes too but I don't want to relocate my jack. The single 10" should be plenty for my taste and I alwways loved the Kicker stuff in my boats.

It really depends. If the pre-made boxes are close to the airspace requirement (.4-.6) and have enough room for cone excursion, they will probably sound excellent.I personally built a basic box for mine, it was pretty easy. Check out my gallery.
The RMS recommendation is 450 watts per sub. Keep in mind though if the box is larger than the .5 cu ft recommendation, power handling will decrease.
Remember to stuff the box with poly fill.

and what if you dont use polyfil? i was thinking about making it face down and plexiglass back
The presale will go on until they are nearing the end of production and close to shipping.
I would recommend using polyfill. They low end extension of the BMs is incredible with the recommended airspace and half pound of fill. I supposed you could try without it and see how you like it.

Not really sure what you mean by stroke, but if you mean linear excursion they can go up to 14mm one way linear travel. And with the XBL motor they are distortion free until they bottom out, so its loud and clean.
