Kenwood excelon 10"

Was checkin out the audio shop yesterday for fun. The sales person was trying to tell me that the kenwood excelon shallow mount subs were the best thing goin for 10" shallows. He even said that they were better than the 10w3 jl. I laughed at this and told him that I just couldnt believe him. Anyone hear these things. they are very light and wimpy and after some calculating they only move .5 liters of air. The math alone discredits this.???????

Hes a sales guy trying to sell you something, of course hes going to says its the best. A lot of the high school kids go into the shop and say they want bass, he tells them that "Kenwoods are best" and they eat it up (and probably get ripped off).

So to answer your question --> No, they are trash. And yes I've listened to one.
