As the title reads, my subs will hit when it wants, and wont hit when it doesnt want to... does anyone know what could be causing this?? The specs of the system are in my Sig.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, I have a line in converter that uses the back speaker to convert it to RCA's. I replaced it around 3 months ago. I have never had this problem before but, I blew one of the voice coils on my old sub because it was hooked up wrong.
Defiantly sounds like a lose or bad ground wire. Or even a power wire rubbing on metal and grounding out. I had this happen on a single cab F150 i used to have. The connections where on the back of the box and if it moved just right it would touch the metal of the cab and the sub would cut out. Hopefully this helps!
Check where the power cable connects to the in line fuse under the hood mine came loose once and took me forever to find it

checked the amp, it is not going into protect mode. and the ground should be good.. and the fuse is brand new. i recently replaced it because the previous fuse was too many watts.
