Not sure what the problem is.. sub cuts out randomly

As the title reads, my subs will hit when it wants, and wont hit when it doesnt want to... does anyone know what could be causing this?? The specs of the system are in my Sig.
Thanks in advance.

Have you looked at the RCA's to make sure that they are still plugged in all the way? How long have you had the system and have you ever had this problem before?

Yes, I have a line in converter that uses the back speaker to convert it to RCA's. I replaced it around 3 months ago. I have never had this problem before but, I blew one of the voice coils on my old sub because it was hooked up wrong.

When it cuts out see if the amp is going into protect or getting really hot. Might want to do this while the truck isnt moving.

Defiantly sounds like a lose or bad ground wire. Or even a power wire rubbing on metal and grounding out. I had this happen on a single cab F150 i used to have. The connections where on the back of the box and if it moved just right it would touch the metal of the cab and the sub would cut out. Hopefully this helps!

Check your fuses, if they are good then try looking at your ground connection. I do agree that your amp could be going into safety mode.

checked the amp, it is not going into protect mode. and the ground should be good.. and the fuse is brand new. i recently replaced it because the previous fuse was too many watts.
i will check the power wire when i get home tho
