I guess I am going to have to find someone in the area who has these subs so I can hear then before placing an order, IF one could actually place an order.

Any one in Beaumont have these subs?
I think you are very confused. The BM is a very well built driver with high quality parts and premium speaker technologies that allow it to reproduce intended frequencies with extreme accuracy. It also has surprising low frequency extension for its size and enclosure recomendations.

Now, just because it is clean does not mean it will not hurt your ears if you want it to. 2 BMs have more displacement than anything else that will fit under the rear seat without a seat lift. With it make pieces fall off your truck or crack your windshield? Hell no You need way more power, electrical, amps, and sheer air movement for crap like that (and if you are after that, then low distortion subwoofers like this are NOT for you and I suggest you look at caraudio.com). But if you just want a simple dual sub system that fits the F150 and accurately blends into the music while providing the impact one desires, you can't really beat the BM.

I am not confused, These subs are listed on the car audio mags list of best all around subs right beside jl audio, Critical Mass, Solobaric's and many others. I dont doubt their quality.

I am really unsure how thread went from me asking to see it in action to this post.

All you need to know is this, if you want clean bass(no distortion) go for it. If you like the rattle and want the homeys to hear you 8 blocks away and enjoy the loud (distorted bass) the spl kind, then dont.
Ever hear a good surround sound system in someones living room, just clear and had bass but didnt rattle the place? Thats how I would describe it.

i agree 100% with mSaLL150, which was what i was trying to say and he has stated much better. i think you went awry when you said you like your crv's and wanted to see body panels flex, that is a total waste of energy and sounds like crap. my system is preaty load and clean but with the doors closed you can't hear it, just the way it should be.
