Need Help to Decide on Speakers

Alright guys my wonderful girlfriend picked me up an amp for christmas and I've decided to take the chance to upgrade the speakers in my truck. After doing some research I've decided that one of the three speakers below would work best for me.Unfortunately the only local audio place is bestbuy and they don't supply any of these speakers so i'm unable to listen to them. I was just wondering if anyone has experience with these speakers if you cold leave your input that would be great. So far I am leaning more towards the JLs and Pioneers. But here are the one's I'm stuck between. And the amp I'm powering them with is the MB Quart DSC 450 so the speakers should see about 50 watts rms which is close to both the JL and Pioneer's rms rating.

Go to a shop and listen to some different ones, pick the one you like most. Why limit yourself to something you've never heard or cannot get the chance to hear?

so I ended up going by the local shop and they had the pioneer premiers ts-d720c on display and they sounded great. They were being powered by a Rockford Fosgate Prime R300-4 which puts out the same rms as the amp i'm going to be running. Plus they had an online price guarantee to sonicelectronix so they hooked it up with pricing. As soon as it stops raining and i get my wiring kit these babies are going in and i'll let everyone know how they are

i will its just a matter of getting everything installed, but i'm taking pics along the way. I'll be installing the speakers tomorrow and run some of the wires. Going to be tough with time since i start school again monday and my professors don't take kindly to missing class to install an audio system into my truck.

cool man. I just ordered 4 infinity kappa speakers for my truck. I also ordered the harness and those 10x10 sheets of dynamat to go around the speaker.

Can't wait!

Let us know how it sounds.

If you have any more funds, check into some sound deadening material. mSalle did a good write up on the how-to. It makes cheap speakes sound good and good speakers sound great, ect.

Hope you like your new setup,

Alright got some pics finally. Here they are of the speaker install and the amp before wiring. So far I have the speaker wire run (not pictured) but I still have to run the power and rca's. Once I'm all done I'll have the finished pics up. Let me know what you guys think so far.

Rear Wall Before

Door Speaker with panel off (will dynamat when funds are available)

Woofer Close Up

Tweeter Close Up

Tweeter and Woofer Installed

Amp and Crossovers Installed
