finally beating

wired it all up today, after a miserable time with it, and having to replace a fuse on the power wire, etc... Well, it hits.. hard.. Not going to bad with it cause they are new.. but i noticed at Idle, my lights dim and stuff.. I was told my alternator isn't big enough? but our alternators are huge.. I haven't driven with it, but I figure maybe it'll push the altnernator full blast while driving??

Okay well a new alternator is a joke, you don't need one. Get a deep cell battery and upgrade the grounds (frame to chassy and chassy to batt negative). Should fix your dimming problems.

Well it did it while driving too, not too much concerned while driving during the day, just is a little off putting with diming lights.. So basically, get a real battery instead of a motorcraft, and redo frame to chassi and chassi to batt neg.. Thanks dude

you can also try a Capacitor about same price if not cheaper than a new batt. and will make it sound even better!

Cap will help keep the voltage constant but pulling that much power hes going to need more. Im only pulling ~900w system + hid kit and i get dimming really bad with 1 farad cap. My battery is 4 yrs old and ive killed it a few times so im going to have to find a solution myself.
