I've been extremely happy with my JL 500/1v2 and my JL 13TW5.

Thats because you just want loud bass for attention. The W6 sounds far better than any of Fi's offerings IMO.

However I would probably use RE SEs, they are nice. And since RE owns US Amps, I would obviously use those too.

That's the only reason for loud bass, is for attention hehe. In terms of volume, I think the Fi BTL is capable of producing greater volume than the W6 size for size. But in terms of clarity, JL is hard to beat. If I had the money, I'd go either JL or Focal, but only if Ihad the money. For the moment, I'll stick with the crappy shallow Rockford P3s in my F150 and the MTX Thunder 9500s in my Sentra.

hey im 18 you cant blame me

also the 12" Fi BL takes 2X the power, is an inch shorter (so it can go under my rear seats), and is $100-$200 cheaper than the 12" Jl W6...

Not blaming you at all, when I was 16 I had a fat ported box with a high powered sub and stock speakers. Everyone grows up eventually.

LOL I'm only a few years older than you though.

I want a system that's going to have great sound quality(no matter what level the volume is), something reliable, and a good price. I'm not looking for the cheapest setup up, I'm willing to spend a few extra$$ for good quality equipment! And if it helps I listen mainly to metal and rock, some rap and what not.
