i just got a prefab box. but i dont really know how to tell the mounting depth. but the thing i really want to know is what kind of subs i could use. its a dual 12 down fire enclosure. plz any sub suggestion and pics of your set up would be great.

i know some one will ask i listen to mainly hip hop/ rap i dont want this to turn in to a smashing thread i listen to every thing country rock techno etc.

i want a Hard hitting setup. am well known around my town for having a hard hi9tting system but this is gonna be different and harder for me since i'm so limited plzzzz help!!!

Id look into some slim 12's. Mounting depth should be the depth of the bottom of the mdf opening to the back of the box. Then i might subtract 1/4 inch or so just so it isnt tounching.

Being prefab i doubt your going to find anything great, but your going to have to do measurements and see what kind of space you have.
