Rear Speaker Problem

Hello. I am a new 2005 Ford F150 SuperCrew owner and found this site searching. I have a problem with the rear speakers. I get no sound through the rear. The front is perfect. I thought something was wrong with the rear speakers at first, so I replaced them, still nothing. I then replaced the HU with an aftermarket from Crutchfield and all necessary connectors, still nothing. I called their tech support and duh... they said it must be something else. Ok I am no brain surgeon and got that part, LOL. Anyhow I have traced all the wires and can't find any cuts, splices, or anything out of the ordinary. My question is, is there a fuse that powers the rear speakers. I have a connector for the rear sub, but the sub is missing. I didn't know it was suppose to be there so didn't ask about it. I have triple checked polarity and connections. All connectors are taped also.

Is there a fuse that goes to that?

I am at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Annette

Fade on] the radio?
Id take] them out and test them with another source. Your best bet might be with the fronts.

I have checked the fader. I have come to the conclusion that I will just run new wire as 2 radios and 2 sets of speakers and nothing works. I was hoping that someone had run across something I hadn't but seems like no one has.

Thanks for the input.
