I have .71 ft of air space per sub which is in the range recommended, but RF says for the best performance i need more like .59. Should i worry about added more to the inside to take up space? Would polyfill work?

i wouldnt decrease air space if that is what u mean.. polyfill makes the subs act as if there is more air space..

You'll be fine with .71 cu ft of space. The drivers will require less power to get going and will also play the lowest subbass with more authority.
