Exclamation Someone save me! Cant figure it out!

but i built my box and i took it 11.5'" out and 32" long, from the front if you looking at it, and i did 7" hieght in front and 6" back, but my sub wont fit i need more hieght, so what should i do, get seat spacers and if so where do i get them.

here the specs on my sub, i am so frustrated that i cant build simple box!

You need a deeper box or a shallow sub.

what do u mean by deeper extender out more towards driver seat or higher underneath seat

Where you mount the speaker in the box, that area needs to be deeper so the speaker can be mounted, I think. Hard to tell without seeing exactly what you're seeing.

Yeah i think i am just gonna find someone to build it for me cause my sub is to deep

whoa not so fast. Just get a ring from ed to increase the depth with out making a new box.

That COULD work but he hasn't said how much clearance he has between the floor and the sub. Considering the sub has a mounting depth of 5 7/8" I would say that the box he built probably left him with very little clearance underneath and a spacer ring wouldn't work in that case.

It is definitely possible if you have the clearance......

Yep, that's one reason why I said it's hard to tell without seeing exactly what he's seeing.

thanks guys but i think i am just gonna make the box so the speaker fits and than see if my seat will go down enough for someone to sit comfortable, cause i can always bump the seat up, but its a pain in my but to bump the seat
