just wondering if i can use 2ohm infinity tweets, with my stock speakers. Buddy of mine has taken them out of a 2000 LHS, and has offered them up for me.

Can i run a crossover, and then install these? or will there be some conflict with our (i think) 4ohm system.

Any suggestion appreciated, this is my first stab at upping the speakers, aside from my sub.

you should be ok IF you have a crossover and wire with the rest of your system in series othyerwise youll get a lower ohm load wiring them in parallel.
