help with Audiophile w/aftermarket sub and amp

I installed Audiophile HU with a aftermarket sub and amp. The hu did not come with the truck. All I am getting out of the sub is a clicking sound. It does not go up or down with the volume ****. I have tested the wiring, amp and sub, they worked. I did a walk around speaker test no sound came out of the sub. Does the sub channel need to be turn on? I seacherd the internet for self diagnostics, test and means to config the radio none found.

Yes the subwoofer channel needs to be turned on through the H/U. If it's already on I'd start with making sure your pos. and neg. speaker wires aren't switched.

I will get the info requested later today. I do know the sub and amp will work with my little MP3 player plug into it.

What I am asking, do I have problems with the HU? If there are means of turning the subwoofer on, how?
