Just make sure the enclosure is big enough and keep it tuned into 30's and it'll do everything you ask of it, by the way, how much power you running?

 

am building it to specs. i got the deminsions for the JL website.

now i know you guys get this question alot but i mean i know what speaker i want. but should i get a 10 or a 12. i got a 500/1 jl audio amp.

 

Ya, its a bit more cone area in the 12. Do you have room for the larger woofer?

 

only 500 watts for a W7? the 12 can take 1000....
if you have the room, do the 12....and buy a bigger amp

 

well i have the amp laying around and i was planning on buy the 10 so it would have been fine. but room wise i can use the 13 if i wanted but i want to keep the price down a little. so then the 12 guy?? and yes i would get a bigger amp!

 

definitely the 12 if you have the room/money
