my amp is on the way out so i'm looking to get a new amp and a 10" sub

my h/u is a pioneer avic d3
i have an 2004 f150 fx4

i was browsing crutchfieldcanada.com and i came across a few i would like some opinions/comments on


amp:

1. Alpine V-Power MRP-M450 Amplifier

2. Sony XM-1S slim mono subwoofer amp 500 watts

do i need a slim amp because i would like to have it mounted under the rear seats? can i still use my stock box if i use a slim amp?


sub:

KICKER 07CVT102 10" CompVT SHALLOW SUB WOOFER 2 ohm

SONY XM-1S 900W MONO CAR AMPLIFIER SLIM SERIES AMP

can i using my existing stock box with this sub?
do i have to have a slim sub?

i know nothing about audio, i was just looking to replace my existing amp which is about to die
