So I am deciding to go with memphis pr 15s 12in. Will the amp and the wiring stay the same?

 

The amp can stay the same, id run the 500d to it. That amp is 1ohm stable at 500 watts. You need 2 of the 2ohm single voice coil subs.

Collierville car stereo. That was for 2 10s an amp and a box. I can't seem to find any memphis subs for cheap. A guy on craigslist is selling 2 kicker comp subs and a 800W kenwood amp for $200. good deal??

 

Personally I'd stay away from the used stuff.. As for the place you went.. well......

Give Stereo One a try.. Off of Macon&Germantown Pkwy... They carry the Memphis line... and they do really good work...

 

It seems legit. Im not looking for amazing performance. Used stuff oughta work fine. Just looking for an addition to my system. Plus I can meet the guy too.

Hmm.. looks clean.. Those do look like pre-fab boxes.. Says he's lookin' to upgrade.. I'd ask him why.. What is he lookin' for the he didn't get from this setup?

Price wise it's way better than $650 no doubt! If you get a chance though... run by S1 before you head to O.B. .. just to see what they say... Hell... I may go by there tomorrow as I've been wanting 2 memphis 10's in a custom box... I'll try to head up there pretty early and get a price... I'll post up what they have to say. Mine will be a little different as it's goin' in a '07 Supercrew.

 

Well he sold them not to me lol. Im going back to collierville car stereo and im gonna give him the price of what I can do it for and hope he does it for that. If not i am gonna try somewhere else.
