While those cross overs are quite pretty, do yourself a favor and run those things ACTIVE!

I got em out of a shop in Arizona. They cut me a wicked deal that I would like to continue, so I think I will refrain from being specific on the dealer until I have determined how public they care for me to be.

Sorry....

Not a problem and understandable. Its obvious that you already know that it was not an authorized sale, so no need to go further anyway.

No, they were from an authorized dealer. He is working on getting his status upgraded to 'Distributor' so he was more interested in moving the product before year end than making full retail.

If that is what he told you and you feel compelled to believe it, then so be it. However what you were told was untrue. He may be an authorized dealer, but that only goes within his local territory. All Hertz/Audison products are prohibited from being shipped by any dealer. Furthermore Elettromedia (Hertz/Audison parent) is distributed in the US by Advanced Marketing only, in which case covers and runs the entire country. There are no other distributors. To take that a step further IF he was ever to be a distributor, distributors are used for replenishment of actual authorized dealers, not the general public.

If you feel that anything I have told you may be untrue, feel free to contact the company directly to confirm.. 877-567-3030. Im not here to pee in your Cheerios, just stating the facts.

Under the table deals are nice though if you live in town and the shop lives up to its promises as far as a warranty.
