Self install help..Securing a sub woofer box?

Well I am a week and half (maybe 2) into my install. What an adventure but doing it all is fun. My question is I have a single sub box (10") from music moose that fits -fairly well but not exactly like I thought Anyway, with the seat down in my '05 supercrew it is pretty snug but I want to make sure it is secure. How do folks secure these? I thought of something simple like velcro all the way to brackets and screws? Also it is a bit tipsy from front to back is that the design or should i put something underneath to fill the small gap? There were none - I mean zero! instructions! Any help would be great. Thanks

Finally, I will post pics of the install when I am done with some tips from a lot of research from this forum and others and lessons learned like Dynomat takes lots of time and band aids- talk about paper cuts on the fingers! I have all new speakers front and back, HU, Amp Bluetooth, back up camera and sat radio..i sure hope it all works when I plug things back in. My wife is pissed I have taken over the garage in the middle of winter!

but i hope all goes well and cant wait to see the finished product and any tips you have to offer!

I've seen people using those flexible roof straps from lowes to secure boxes. I'd probably drill a hole in the strap then use the rear seat floor bolts to secure it to the truck. Then screw or rather bolt the box using some sort of special head screws.

brackets, drill holes, and self tapping screws should do the trick
