Ummm...had that in my shop. NO. Its not flexible, and compared to Hyperflex its like a metal rod. And it barely comes off the spool at 30 degrees.

1/0 in is for the upgrade to the 2200D. 1200D will only take 4 ga in 4 ga out, which is why I have a reducer. The ground run is all of 3 inches. I could probably run 8 ga and be okay. AQ amps are also 84% efficent FYI, not a whole lot of current draw for the output.

And Low, delete your effing PMs. Id like to buy some Hyperflex for Big 3 project in 2 or so weeks.
3" okay... Ill let it slide then.

I dont mess with PM's. Email me.

Um wouldnt really matter either way. Its 4 ga in 4 ga out on the 1200D. Just ran 1/0 to the amp because I plan on tossing a 2200D at these in a bit, see what happens...

But thanks for the leniency!

Okay so the box take two has begun. Used to be ~1.7 at ~40 Hz, now will be 1.9 after displacements at 31 Hz. If this doesnt get low Im giving up lol.

Started with a clean sheet of MDF and ripped all the pieces on my table saw. Going skiing tomorrow but the box should be done by Tuesday or Wednesday.

31Hz can drop to 23.25 Hz. After that it will unload.

Port fires forward now, and is 40.25 inches as opposed to 19.

Thats getting a bit long for a port. Anything over 32-36 starts to develop whistles.

A bit long? Thats not the cause of port noise. Port length is a function area and the desired tuning - it could be 400 feet long as long as you have equivalent box volume and port area.

Too little port area causes port noise

Anyways box is done, and it gets really low - 27 Hz note in put on is absolutely absurd
