No man i dont think it would. The subs would be fighting each other back to back like that. Plus the sub on top would be so muffled by the seat anyway. You always want to down fire your subs when there under the back seat, because the longer the sound wave can travel the better the sound. I think the only way to do this if its really what you want, you need to make individual chambers in your box for each sub.

wow... im not even going to touch that post
you can do it. however I would recommend keeping all the drivers on the same plane if possible be it downfire or upfire. you can run individual chambers for each driver or use a common chamber.

That design wouldnt work well actually. You are getting close to something called isobaric loading. But if you wanted to really pull the 4 10's off well downfire with the cones facing. Have one recessed into the box normal orientation and the other facing it with the spk wires reversed.
