Big 3 upgrade

Chassis to Engine Block:

What are yall using on your engine block and what part of your chassis are yall taking it to.

For my batery negative to chassis I put it where the engine grounds everything else which is right next to the started and solenoid under neath the truck. It bolts onto the transmission case.

Thanks bro.

That "Highly detailed" thread you were talking about isnt highly detailed at all about where your putting certain connections. The thread over on caraudio is plenty about explaining what big 3 is which ours here is just a basic reference. No offense.

No where in that thread did it mention where on the engine block should we take our ground. I cant tell from crawling under the truck where the engine block ground is. All I see is where pretty much everything is grounded next to the starter/solenoid contraption.

So on the transmission block is that considered the chassis, or is that the engine block because thats the information that could be helpful.

Hey at least you didnt put Search in size 50 font even thought nothing really comes up in search at all. Often times my search wouldnt even include the 3. . . thanks f150online servers.

Part of Installing is FIGURING IT OUT, and going at it yourself (within reason). Pull out a meter and try whatever you are thinking. If you arent comfortable take it to a good shop.

CA.com is a bunch of whiny crying kids getting everything spoonfed to them for free by a FEW people that have a clue.
