power cable for subs

power cable for subs

where did you guys run the cable through the firewall...i gave it a quick look and didnt see anything noticeable that would be a hole for it...i have a 2000 f150

driver side, there is a pretty big rubber grommet that i streched to fit my wire

I ran mine through a grommet on the pass. side floor on my 99. Pull off the pass. side sill plate, and if you look on the metal floor pan, almost directly under the back edge of the kick panel, there is a grommet that goes under the truck, right behind the rocker panel.

Or that huge one CWhammy mentioned.

If you dont have a manual tranny, one I ALWAYS USE is on the top nice big rubber grommet.

JUST ALWAYS ALWAYS TRIPLE CHECK BEFORE CUTTING and/or DRILLING!!!!

I ran mine in my 2000 F150 under the hood on the side near the battery through a gromet near the door, then I pulled it down and it came out behind the pedals, allowing my to run it under the panels on the floor easily without leaving any markings and without drilling or cutting anywhere.
