Question Need help!

I finally installed my system and now my 4X4 HI and 4X4 LOW lights will blink like three times then go off for a while so I was wondering if you all had any answers to fixing this!

Thanks for the help

I have the manual stick xfer case so I don't know where the electric button/controls are on these trucks for the 4wheel selecter...you didn't by chance disconnect anything on a dash panel to gain access and then not hook it back up did you? I know its simple but figured I'd ask.

I don't think so nothing more than the ac and controls, cigarette lighter and the little air bag light on top. Besides that I don't remember disconnecting anything in the dash.

Like Deuce said, check the connector maybe...did you splice into any wires?
What all did you install?

I cant see how hooking up a stereo would cause this at all.
Maybe it is something irrelevant to the install and you have 4WD codes. The 4wd lights might blink like you are describing if the 4x4 system is throwing a code, could be something completly different and coincidental.

Uh basic install to put in 2 10's the only thing i can think of is when I put in the cross over i believe it was I did put in a fuse thing. I then went back and checked the fuses and unpluged what I put in it still happened. I really dont want to go pay 80 dollars to get my codes checked for them to say theres nothing wrong. I've already got burned like that once lol anywhere I can get it done free?
