pioneer shallows

so im getting ready finally to get some subs. i have an avic d3 at the moment and looking to get 2 12" pioneer shallows for under my seat. they are rated at 1000 max rms i believe. they are 4 ohm subs. for the amplifire i was considering pioneer 800w mono block. puts 250x1 for 4 ohms. im lost when talking subwoofers so any help would be appreciated. would this system work and last wanna have a system where i wont have to replace subs constantly. thanks again for any help. also any other shallow subwoofers that are considered good or better?

I currently run one Pioneer 12 inch slim sub rated at 1200watts with a 800 watt pioneer sub and with the stock speakers they sound great together. Sub hits real hard and have had it for two years now almost and have never missed a beat!
