Styx and Bartak
Na, Ive been talking about it for a while though. Whats the reason you got rid of them? Didnt like the sound, just wanted to upgrade, etc???
I just blew a bunch of money on wheels/tires/leveling kit and will be buying a new sub soon, so I probably dont need to spend any more money anyway
I can't get them to blend to my taste... don't get me wrong, they sound great and every body else says they blend fine thats sat in my truck.... maybe just me, maybe metal dome.... I have never been a fan of metal tweeters....
anyway Cal27 are supposed to have a very wide dispersion pattern as I going to install them on the door sails.. and silk dome, got my vote right there...
Will see.... hell, I'm running out of options, not much to upgrade to from a Cal27 with out breaking the bank....
After I get my garage built, I'm going to build another box for 2 12" Profi subs and kick them with a Cadence A7HC 1200W to 1400W @ 1 ohm.... I'm quite sure thats going to take care of the sub stage....

I can't decide on my next sub setup. I'm pretty sure ill run idmaxs. Here are my options. 2 12s in an up firing box splitting my rear seats powered by 2 cadence a7s. Or 3 idmaxs and 3 cadences in a flow through console box from front to back. I'm just not sure if 2 will provide enough bass. My L7 15 hits hard but I would always love some more
we will see how she does with the new amp. Suggestions guys? My 6019 took a crap on me too. It has never had a single problem then one day started going into protect. I removed my sub amp and thought that was the problem but it did it again. The only way to fix it is to unplug the wiring harness and let it re set but sometimes that doesn't even work. I'm thinking it has to be the unit itself because my rainbows are fine and so is my audison. Just doesn't make sense it has been flawless for a year now then one day started acting up. I'm sending it back to sonic on Monday. I'm hoping they warranty it and I can pay extra and get the 7120

After having your tweets mounted in the A pillar for a while, how did you like them their? I still need to raise my soundstage... I dont like the fact that they would be so far away from the mids up there, but thats about the only option without some fancy work to the doors that I dont have time for or destruction of some panels, which I dont really want to do.
