Hi/Mid replacement

I have two questions:

Does anyone make a good 5x7 component set?

Is it worth it to replace the rear door speakers in a SuperCrew?

Im about to install a system and hi/mid sound is very important to me. I have heard other people say that replacing the rear speakers is pointless because the subs drown them out. True/False?

i replaced all the door speakers with 6.5" Soundwaves each 200Watts RMS running off a 1000 Watt Crunch Amp

Sound is Tone Deafening !!!!

at 3 clicks is normal sounding
at 1/4 volume its as loud as my stock speakers would go at full volume
at 1/2 volume i walk out truck rubbing my ears.

The doors had to be shaved a little to fit the magnet but not much.

Sound is awesome !

no i dont want a cookie, no reason to be an a$$. if you dont have anything constructive then kick rocks. just about every post with your name on it has a kind of "a$$hole-ne$$" to it. i bet these forums are the only time you can act like you have a pair, and i see you have a few co-signers that seem to get off everytime you try to make someone look like they dont know what they are talking about. but dont get your panties in a bunch Nancy, i will make sure the next time i have a question i will check if the one and only Styx hasnt already discussed it in another thread. thanks for the answers to my questions Ma'am

CHILL CHILL!!

If you really want a set of 5x7 components I have a set for sale. JL XR570CSi.

Cosigners.....? And these would be....

P.S. The only reason we "co-sign" is because he knows a decent bit. Yes, very opinionated but normally right.
